Rita Farhi Chocolate Ginger is based on a naturally zesty, spicy ginger harvested in the exotic East. The ginger stems are sliced into pieces and then cooked slowly in sugar. This creates the soft, crystallised ginger centres that work so well against the deep rich flavour of chocolate.
They’re presented in a Rita Farhi Gourmet Jar that’s ideal for sharing. It looks great in the modern kitchen and lets you decant some of our delicious ginger into your own bowls. Maybe some pretty china for a dinner party or a big bowl for movie night?
Tasting notes
